About me

I'm 32, and I came to design the long way round.

I hold a BA (English) from Myanmar. Before I found art and creative work, I spent ten years in B2B sales at a major telecom corporation and an automobile company.

Painting started as something I did for myself, and it grew into exhibitions and a body of work of its own. Along the way, I won two Outstanding First awards from a well-known design school. Today I run three brands of my own at the same time, and I'm studying Creative Communication Design at Bangkok University on a full scholarship. The work I do now is where I found myself.

I paint, I draw character illustration, and I shoot and edit video from start to finish. Photography is my other love, and I shoot and edit the images for my own brands. I'm just as comfortable at a business table, and travel across Southeast Asia, Japan and China has taught me to work with people from very different places.

I love film, music and painting, and pop culture as a whole has shaped the way I see and make things.

Commercial jobs are fine, but creative ones are what I live for. So I'm less interested in being hired than in working together, because what we create matters more to me than landing the job.
